Onyema K. Anazonwu, President and Chief Executive Officer
Onyema K. Anazonwu has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Deblin Operating, Ltd. since its founding in 1986. Prior to assuming the leadership of Deblin, Mr. Anazonwu was a petroleum reservoir engineer from 1983-1986 with Halliburton, where he specialized in determining reserves and recommending the most cost-effective way to achieve optimal well performance. As a logging engineer with Schlumberger from 1981-1983, he supervised well drilling, primarily in the Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Anazonwu did his undergraduate study in Petroleum Engineering at West Virginia University in 1980.
Clifford L. Mercier, Jr., Executive Director
Clifford L. Mercier, Jr. has been Executive Director of Deblin Operating since shortly after its inception in 1986. His practical, hands-on financial sense continues to be vital in guiding Deblin toward achieving its full potential. Mr. Mercier earned a business degree from the University of New Orleans, with a concentration in management and finance. For the past thirty years. Mr. Mercier has applied these skills in the acquisition and management of several local real estate ventures in the New Orleans area.
Xiao Ling Wang. Executive Director, Deblin China
Madam Xiao Ling Wang, based in Shenzhen, China, is in charge of Deblin’s Chinese entity, the Shenzhen Deblin Technology Corporation, overseeing working to develop the natural gas market in southern China. She has worked extensively with our Chinese anchor clients, and is directly involved in the development of upstream opportunities in Xinjia province. Madam Wang earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Xi’an University.
Ikechukwu Chinwah, President, Deblin India
Ikechukwu Chinwah, of Chicago, Illinois, President of Deblin India, has worked extensively in the telecommunications industry prior to his work at Deblin. As the co-founder and President of MyMTI, as well as the sole proprietor of Extra Kute Salon and Spa, Mr. Chinwah brings to Deblin India the extensive management and marketing experience necessary to advance Deblin’s Indian market presence and shape her future role in the Indian energy arena.
Radi J. Mustafa, Non-Executive Director
Mr. Radi J. Mustafa, also the current deputy Managing Director of Uni-Arab in Abu Dhabi, lends his extensive expertise in the petrochemical field to the Deblin Team. After graduating from the Louisiana State University, Mr. Mustafa worked for Halliburton as a reservoir engineer.
Okey E. Arizor, Comptroller
Mr. Arizor earned his degree in Accounting/Finance from the University of Nigeria in 1984. Since 1995, Mr. Arizor has been a year-round Senior Tax Accountant with H&R Block of New York. He brings a clear sense of integrity and vital knowledge of international tax systems to ensure the smooth and transparent financial operation of each of Deblin’s entities.
A. Christopher Agbi, Vice President, Human Resources
Mr. Agbi has served as the Chief of Staff at Deblin since 1998. He works closely with the President, the Board, other Deblin executives, and industry and government officials to clarify and carry out corporate goal. Mr. Agbi began his career in his native Nigeria in 1982, working his way through the ranks of Odykol Engineering Construction Company Ltd. to become the Senior Accounts and Public Relations Officer. Since coming the United States in 1988, he has also been involved in real estate acquisition and management
Justina Anazonwu, Vice President, New Ventures
Justina Anazonwu, of Houston, Texas, earned a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Texas A&M University and has begun coursework toward an international MBA from Webster University. She is primarily concerned with infrastructure planning, efficiency and logistics as well as the development of Deblin’s Corporate Social Responsibility program.
